CALL FOR PAPERS

Main Themes for Lectures:

1. Wood as a renewable raw material for future

• View on the forestry and forest management in Czech Republic, Slovak Republic as well as in other European countries
   
• Long-term strategy (conception) of the forestry and utilization of forest resources for various wood based technologies

2. Technology in the pulp and paper industry

• Modern technologies in production of fibers and papers
   
• Virgin and secondary fibers, high yield fibers

3. Energy and environment

• Bio-fuels, technology development, influence on the raw material base.
   
• Energy management as the last stage of recycling
   
• Waste water treatment in the pulp and paper industry, new efficient methods.
